Adorning with amorous began in 2015 as an annual head-wrapping experience. Adorning with Amorous was created to bring black womxn, together to learn the art of adornment. Head wrapping is used as a tool for empowerment, artistic expression, and self-identity.

In my intensive workshops customers have learned to adorn your lovely crown numerous ways with many different kinds of fabric. In addition, customers learned how to adorn their crown with my favorite head-wrapping styles and how to wrap with many types of fabrics including but not limited to; wax prints, traditional African fabric, repurposed African clothes, gauze fabric, regular scarfs, and cotton fabric.

Double layer gauze wrap-100% Cotton excellent fabric to add dimension or pop of color. Gauze has a slight stretch and pulls easily for tucking. This can be worn alone or with other wraps with various multi-use qualities.

Jeweled wrap-Can be anywhere from s silk, to chiffon or cotton wrap. These are perfect for adding a layer of color or a beautiful pop of dazzlement. These are one of a kind and will not restock.
